At Hard Candy, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place the products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
